Regional Manager Norway

Consat Telematics is a leading Swedish technology company specialising in intelligent IT solutions for public transportation and smart mobility. Our solutions contribute to more sustainable efficient and reliable transport systems for communities around the world. We work closely with public transport authorities transit operators and cities in a complex business-critical B2B environment.

As Regional Manager of Consat Norge AS you will lead the local organization and drive its continued growth. You will work closely with the Head of CMU Nordics to strengthen customer relationships support the team and develop the business. The role includes managerial responsibility and Site Manager duties.

People & Culture

• Develop employees and support recruitment.

• Foster a healthy engaging work environment aligned with Consats values.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and the Norwegian legislation.

Customer Success

• Maintain executive-level relationships with all Norwegian customers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

• Participate in customer governance forums steering committees and strategic reviews.

• Cooperate closely with sales teams to enable upselling and business expansion.

Business & Operational Leadership

• Oversee local operations and customer deliveries.

• Collaborate with the Head of CMU Nordics and the wider Nordic organization on business priorities and strategic initiatives.

• Ensure the organization remains scalable and prepared to support future growth.

Local Management

• Represent Consat Telematics towards employees customers partners and authorities.

• Ensure local governance compliance and workplace management.

• Own the operational budget and support financial planning.

• Ensure sound administration and legal compliance within the entity.
  

• A technical background in telecommunications IT automotive or public transport.

• Experience in people management process development and operational leadership.

• Strong customer relationship and account management skills.

• A commercial mindset and an interest in upselling and identifying new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.

• An analytical mindset and the ability to develop KPIs and drive data-driven improvements.

• A proactive and independent leadership style with the ability to take ownership develop the team and scale the organization for future growth while collaborating with an experienced and knowledgeable team.

• A location in Oslo or a willingness to relocate.

• Travel is required occasionally.

• Fluency in both English and Norwegian and/or Swedish.
