Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join DOF!

DOF is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex offshore and subsea EPCI projects. The Project Manager is accountable for the overall delivery of projects ensuring safe execution financial performance client satisfaction and achievement of contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership commercial awareness stakeholder management capabilities and extensive experience delivering large-scale energy offshore or subsea projects in a multinational environment.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Project Management Business or a related discipline.
• Project Management certification (PMP IPMA PRINCE2 or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Typically 8 years of project management experience within the offshore energy subsea marine oil & gas renewables or related industries.
• Demonstrated success delivering EPCI SURF offshore installation or subsea construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contractual frameworks commercial management and project controls.
• Experience managing multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.

• Strong technical communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Packages (Word Excel PowerPoint Project)
• Ability to lead motivate and manage cross-functional teams
• A sound understanding and working knowledge of statutory requirements HSE regulations and Standards related to the Offshore Engineering industry.
