From our base in Oslo our team of 90 engineers researchers and defence specialists develops our autonomy and swarm platform used by both government and industry. Working closely with the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI) and end users we move quickly from ideas to field deployment solving problems where software meets the real world.

The challenges we work on dont come with existing playbooks. They demand deep technical thinking close collaboration across disciplines and the ability to learn quickly as both the technology and the company evolve.

As we scale we are strengthening our Product Team to own this flow end-to-end. This role will build and own the bridge between these domains ensuring that what we ship is not driven by ad-hoc requests but by validated needs from the field strong technical context and disciplined product decisions.

As a Product Manager at Six Robotics you will turn complex project needs field feedback and long-term strategy into a coherent executable product direction. This is a hands-on operational product role at the center of engineering projects and real-world UAV operations.

You will help define where our software product Valkyrie is going. Defining what gets built and why without abstracting away the reality and context the engineering teams need to succeed and understand.

What You Will Do
  • Translate project and customer requirements into actionable product features: prioritize scope and refine features so engineering can execute with clarity and confidence.

  • Shape the product roadmap alongside the Head of Product: contribute to the vision break it down into a detailed plan and ensure it drives meaningful deliverable work.

  • Bring clarity to engineering to ensure we build the right features: minimize product debt reduce ad-hoc feature work and safeguard long-term product quality.

  • Own operational product execution: track progress manage priorities and follow up on releases to keep product development structured and predictable.

  • Maintain product clarity and coherence: oversee trade-offs dependencies and release content to ensure each feature delivers real value internally before reaching engineering.

  • Validate and refine assumptions in the field: work and test the features with our field teams to understand real-world performance and feed insights back into product decisions.
