Offshore Supervisor Subsea Stavanger

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Offshore Supervisor to lead offshore operations within our Subsea Product this role you will be responsible for supervising the preparation deployment and operation of subsea equipment ensuring all activities are carried out safely efficiently and in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients while leading and mentoring offshore personnel maintaining operational excellence and driving a strong safety culture.

• Supervise offshore operations and allocate tasks to team members to ensure the safe and efficient completion of operational activities.
• Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company procedures operating manuals and industry best practices.
• Verify that all equipment is compliant fit for purpose and technically suitable for the planned operation.
• Lead and participate in toolbox talks risk assessments planning meetings and safety briefings.
• Coordinate site support requirements to ensure uninterrupted and successful operations.
• Maintain effective communication with the Operations team offshore personnel and other stakeholders to support safe and efficient execution.
• Act as the primary interface with client representatives attending meetings and providing professional support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate completion of operational reports service documentation and client-specific requirements.
• Support equipment preparation mobilization demobilization and maintenance activities at onshore facilities when required.
• Promote continuous improvement and adherence to quality safety and operational standards.
• Mentor and coach team members supporting their professional development and competency progression.
• Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to achieve competency requirements for current and future roles.

• Proven offshore supervisory experience within the oil and gas energy or subsea industry.
• Strong commitment to safety quality and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership communication and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges in a fast-paced offshore environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working directly with clients and maintaining professional customer relationships.
• Relevant technical qualifications and offshore certifications.
