Job Summary

  • Achieve/exceed annual sales/profit objectives through effective management and development of assigned accounts/programs
  • Develop create and execute customer specific promotional plans (in consultation with marketing)
  • Develop coordinate and execute business plans in consultation with the brand strategy to achieve maximum distribution and profitable promotional activity with all assigned accounts
  • Development of pricing strategy including the management of contracts by customer
  • Develop maintain and grow relationships/partnerships with your portfolio of retailers and major stakeholders
  • Review key account performance at brand category and SKU level for both sell in sell through.
  • Develop timely and accurate forecasts
  • Work closely with Demand planning to accurately forecast core stock levels.
  • Ensure stock ranging and merchandising is in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Work in conjunction with the Brand team to grow Range Category and diversify product portfolio for STS Distributed Brands.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications :

  • University degree in Business or closely related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the field combined with relevant degree; or
  • 8 years experience in the field
  • Persuasive and ability to negotiate when required
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to attend trade-shows conferences and other external events outside of work hours
  • Sales forecasting
  • Costing price modelling experience for major markets
  • Advanced English communication skills

Additional Information :

This is a full-time  position; located in Norway (Oslo Preferably). This position comes with a competitive salary package which includes an annual bonus and company car.

This role will require travel in Norway (50%) you will need to be available to attend trade fairs at weekends 4-5 times a year and attend monthly team meetings at our office in Gothenburg.
