Applications are now open for our 2027 internship program at our Oslo studio. We are welcoming students currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree program (computer science programming game technology software engineering or a related subject) at an educational institution in Norway who want to complete an unpaid internship as part of their studies.
Because internship arrangements vary between institutions and programs we encourage you to confirm the requirements with your institution before applying.
The program offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience learn from experienced colleagues and mentors and contribute towards a real game.

Place: Oslo Norway On-site. You will need to arrange and cover your own travel and accommodation. Youll also have access to our free breakfast bar and lunch.

We are looking for two programming interns - one Tools Programming Intern and one Gameplay Programming Intern. Whether you are interested in the systems that turn source code into a finished game or the features that make our worlds fun to play youll contribute to a real project learn from experienced colleagues and grow your skills along the way.
Help design scripts and tools used in game development.
Support with maintaining and improving existing in-house game development and software development tools.
Work closely with users from a wide variety of game development disciplines to improve productivity quality and iteration rates.
Join a development team receive guidance and take ownership of meaningful tasks.
Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and learn new tools and processes.
Experiment with implement and refine gameplay features.
Share your ideas and contribute feedback on the game and player experience.
You do not need professional game-industry experience or a shipped title. Were interested in what youve learned through your studies personal projects game jams modding or other technical work and in your curiosity and willingness to grow.
An understanding of web frameworks tooling and JavaScript or TypeScript.
Familiarity with Python and C#.
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
Familiarity with Unreal Engine
An interest in UI/UX and user-centered design.
Knowledge of C.
Familiarity with Unreal Engine.
A foundation in 3D mathematics.
A basic understanding of real-time multiplayer and clientserver architecture.
An interest in experimenting with gameplay and turning ideas into playable features
You are currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree program in Norway.
You communicate clearly in English and enjoy collaborating within and across disciplines.
You are curious proactive receptive to feedback and comfortable asking questions as you learn.
