Securitas is seeking a structured proactive and service-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team supporting operations in Tomter Ytre Enebakk and Oslo.

This is a permanent full-time position and an internal career opportunity for existing Securitas employees who are looking to develop their skills and take on new responsibilities within the company.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting daily operations coordinating administrative processes and ensuring efficient communication between employees clients and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage security operations and administrative tasks ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.
• Access request management
• Handle client inquiries and communications
• KPI tracking
• On/Off-boarding
• Shift scheduling
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications :

• Relevant experience from the security industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Must be willing to participate in the companys screening process prior to employment including drug screening and background check
• Completed and passed security guard training
• Good communication skills
• Must be fluent in both Norwegian and English both spoken and written
• Satisfactory conduct/vandel (jf. Lov om vaktvirksomhet)

Special Requirements:

• Must be able to work with a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays for example during an emergency or crisis.

Ytterligere informasjon :

Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00) but you must be flexible when needed. The position requires you to have a Class B drivers license.
