HW Test Engineer – New Product Development

We are looking for aHW Test Engineerto join our R&D team inNedreVats or Osloand play a key role in early-phaseNew Product Development (NPD). You will test hardware modules and sub-assemblies uncover risks early and help shape robust high-quality products.

Whatyoulldo

• Plan and execute hardware tests for modules and sub-assemblies

• Set up and run lab testing rigs and instrumentation

• Analyze results andidentifyfailures trends and improvement areas

• Support root cause investigations and validation of design changes

• Work closely with hardware engineers to provide fast actionable feedback

• Contribute to improving test methods setups and practices

Whatwerelooking for

• Background inmechanical electronicsfirmwareor automationengineering

• Hands-on experience with testing prototyping or lab work

• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving

• Ability to turn test results into clear insights and actions

• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset

• Relevant engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
