HSE Advisor Data Centre Construction

Location: Enebakk Norway
Duration: Immediate start until June 2027

We are seeking an HSE Advisor for a data centre construction project in Enebakk. The role focuses on supporting safe execution of construction and civil works working closely with project management contractors and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor HSE performance and promote a strong safety culture on site.

• Conduct site inspections safety observations and audits following up corrective actions.

• Review risk assessments method statements and safe work procedures.

• Support safe execution of excavation groundworks lifting operations work at height and other construction activities.

• Deliver site inductions toolbox talks and safety briefings.

• Investigate incidents and near misses ensuring lessons learned are shared.

• Coordinate HSE activities across contractors and maintain project HSE documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant HSE education or professional qualifications.

• Experience in site-based HSE roles within construction and civil works.

• Knowledge of Norwegian HSE requirements and construction safety practices.

• Experience with risk assessments inspections and incident investigations.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive practical approach.

• Data centre or large industrial construction experience is an advantage.
