Job Summary

The HR Director Aquaculture (HRD AQ) is the senior HR leader for the Aquaculture business line. The role acts as strategic business partner to the COO Aquaculture ensuring the people organization and leadership agenda enables innovation-driven growth and operational excellence across the global Aquaculture organization.

Job Description:

The HRD AQ leads and coordinates all HR Directors and HR Business Partners across Aquaculture business units andOpCos creating alignment consistency and delivery against Nutrecos HR strategy while allowing for local execution in a matrix environment.

The role is a member of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT).In this role the HR Director acts as an extension of the Chief HR Officer ensuring a strong two-way connection betweenglobalHR strategy and businessline strategy (execution). The role is accountable for translating Nutreco-wide policies and people frameworks into fit-for-purpose business line strategies while actively bringing business insights requirements and local perspectives back to theCHRO/ HRLTto jointly shape future people strategies and priorities.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Act astrustedsparring partner to the COO Aquaculture on strategy organization effectiveness leadership capability succession and workforce planning.

  • Translate Aquaculture strategy into an integrated people andorganizationagenda across geographies.

  • Anticipatepeopleimplications of growth portfolio shifts innovation and transformation initiatives.

  • Lead thepeople side of digital and AI transformations(AI in the workplace) for both our HR operating model and the business

Leadership of HR within Aquaculture

  • Lead and coach BU HR Directors and senior HRBPs within Aquaculture.

  • Drive consistent application of HR frameworks standards and policies across the business line.

  • Strengthen strategic capability of HR teams shifting focus from operational delivery to value-adding business partnering.

Organization & Capability Building

  • Shape organization design leadership models and talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs.

  • Own strategic workforce planning for Aquaculture including critical roles successors and capability gaps.

  • Sponsor key transformation and change initiatives within the business line in close collaboration with COEs.

Governance Cost & Performance

  • Accountable for roll-up and optimization of HR plans and people cost (AP) across Aquaculture.

  • Co-own HR functional cost performance as part of the HRLT including workforce size external spend and operating model efficiency.

  • Identifyand drive structural efficiency opportunities (e.g.simplification automationproductivity improvementsoperating model changes)

  • Ensure compliant consistent and effective application of employment frameworks acrossjurisdictions.

Enterprise Contribution

  • Actively contribute to HRLT decision-making shaping Nutrecos overall HR strategy operating model and transformation agenda.

  • Collaborate closely with COEs HR Operations and other HRDs to ensure end-to-end HR effectiveness.

  • Reports to: Chief HR Officer

  • Direct reports: BU HR Directors (Aquaculture) andGlobal HRBPInnovation
