What youll do

Youll work closely with experienced consultants on a variety of client projects across industries such as private equity technology media and telecom FMCG retail transport and logistics.

Since were hiring for several roles we need various profiles. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting strategy design and problem-solving at corporate business unit and functional levels
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and test solutions
• Developing innovative strategic solutions and presenting recommendations convincingly
• Driving change processes and facilitating workshops with key stakeholders in Norwegian Nordic and global organisations
• Applying new approaches to tackle complex high-impact challenges

• Will complete a masters degree in business economics or engineering in 2027 with excellent academic results from NHH NTNU CBS or similar

• Have strong communication skills and are fluent in English and Norwegian
