Geotechnical Manager Civil Engineering FM Perm Contract

Eiffage Génie Civil est présente dans lensemble des spécialités du génie civil. Ses équipes interviennent depuis la conception jusquà la construction mais aussi en réparation et en maintenance et en démolition sur de nombreux ouvrages en France et à linternational.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a professional with:

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in a Geotechnical Manager or Senior Geotechnical Coordinator role with at least 3 significant past positions on complex civil works or infrastructure projects.

A solid technical background in civil works is required.

In-depth expertise in geotechnical methodology processes and relevant software for geotechnical analysis (not exhaustive).

Demonstrated ability in project management team and stakeholder coordination.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Strong communication skills capable of training coordinating and influencing various stakeholders (designers site teams subcontractors client).

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential as English is the project language.
