Field Operations Coordinator 1

Overall Purpose of the Job

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Field Operations Coordinator to lead offshore operations within our Well Testing Product this role you will be responsible for supervising the preparation deployment and operation of Well Testing equipment ensuring all activities are carried out safely efficiently and in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.

Working under limited supervision you will play a key role in supporting both onshore and offshore activities ensuring equipment personnel and operations are fully prepared to deliver safe and efficient services to our customers.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Support the safe execution of offshore operations in line with Expros HSEQ standards and procedures.
• Participate in planning preparation installation operation and post-job activities for Well Testing projects.
• Act as a liaison between the Project Manager workshop and client representatives to ensure effective communication and operational success.
• Assist with the onshore preparation maintenance mobilization and demobilization of equipment.
• Ensure equipment and resources are maintained managed and returned in good condition.
• Participate in Safe Job Analyses (SJA) Continuous Improvement (CI) activities HOS cards toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Health Safety Quality and Environmental requirements.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute to business process enhancements.
• Support business growth initiatives and represent Expro professionally offshore.
• Complete operational and client documentation accurately and on time.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

• Offshore experience within Well Testing or the oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety quality and environmental responsibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic operational environment.
• Customer-focused with a professional approach to client interactions.
• A willingness to learn develop technical competencies and contribute to continuous improvement.
