About the role

In theDigital Customer Platformsteam at Laerdal we shape how customers around the world discover buy and use products and services that help save lives. Through our global ecommerce platform we deliver scalable secure and increasingly AIsupported digital solutions across more than 25 markets.

AsEngineering Manager based in Stavanger you will leada great teamof software engineers working on businesscritical platforms with real societal with technical insight creating an environment where collaboration learning and longterm product sustainability come first. Your role is to help teams succeedtoday and over timewhile continuously improving how we build and evolve our digital solutions.

Our technology landscape is modern and evolving withC#/.NET on Azureat the core andReact and the frontend. Experience with our stack is valuable but we especially welcome leaders with strong fundamentals incloud technologies APIs and productfocused software development who are curious about how AI can be applied responsibly and meaningfully.

Some of what you will be doing

• Lead and support a team of engineers by setting clear direction building trust and encouraging growth
• Shape technical choices with an eye on quality sustainability security and longterm platform health
• Partner closely with Product and Design to turn ideas into wellprioritized valuable customer solutions
• Strengthen ways of working across the teamfrom planning and delivery to testing and continuous improvement
• Promote good engineering practices and thoughtful use of emerging technologies including AI
• Help create a positive inclusive team culture where diverse perspectives are valued

• A solid background in software development and modern engineering practices and relevant higher education

• A leadership style that communicates clearly listens actively and builds engagement
• Takes initiatives and move ideasintoaction
