Energy Solutions Manager (Europe)

As Energy Solutions Manager you will drive the commercialization and scaling of our energy and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) capabilities across Europe transforming technical potential into profitable repeatable business value.

Circle K is accelerating the transition to electric mobility with energy becoming a critical commercial lever across our business. We are already a leading Charge Point Operatorleveragingbatteries and smart energy solutions to scale our charging network mitigate energy and grid-related risks and unlock new revenue streams through flexibility markets and grid services.

We are now looking for a commercially driven and strategic profile to build on thisfoundation;increasing scalability standardization and profitability across our European energy solutions portfolio.

YoulljointheCharging Infrastructure team inCircle KeMobilityand work closely with European markets commercial stakeholders and partners to develop business casesoptimizeperformance andmonetizeflexibilityfrom our BESS assets.

What youwill do

• Develop and scale energy and battery concepts with a clear focus on revenue and asset profitability

• Identify quantify andoptimizebattery value streams such as flexibility tradingcongestion managementpeakshaving and energy priceoptimization

• DriveBESS and EMS performance to improve financial and operational outcomes

• Build business cases and support investment decisions across European markets

• Own the development ofstandards playbooks and training to help markets capture battery value at scale

• Align stakeholders around clear value propositions KPIs and commercial priorities
