Job Description
We are looking for an Endpoint & M365 Administrator to help deliver a secure modern and efficient workplace across both our offices and ships. You will play a key role in managing endpoint services and Microsoft 365 in a dynamic international environment.
Your responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of endpoint devices (Windows macOS and mobile)
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Intune Entra ID Teams and Exchange
- Deploy software patches and security updates
- Monitor device performance compliance and security
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for endpoint and workplace technologies
- Drive improvements and contribute to endpoint-related projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Support both shore-based users and shipboard environments
