You will support and drive the customer collaboration agenda for your market or set of customers. You improve value and service to customers and increase supply chain efficiency while offering accountability and transparency into customer performance.
How you will contribute
You will:
Deliver enhanced service by driving the implementation of customer supply chain improvement initiatives. Establish solid and strategic relationships with customers to achieve long-term cooperation and business partnerships.
Focus on account or channel-specific initiatives in efficient replenishment and availability while driving the implementation of joint value creation initiativesidentifiedthrough customer collaboration.
Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and collaboration among stakeholders: saleslogisticsoperations demand planning product supply and external partners.
Establish Advantage Survey Action Planningin accordance withMondelez standards.
Contribute tologisticsefficiency (Gross Project Productivity targets) by supporting the optimization oflogisticsprocesses.
Analyzereportand support necessary improvements in Route to market area (drop size case pick OTIF).
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Experience in Customer Service & Logistics functions with knowledge of customer supply chain management in FMCG or consumer packaged goods company.
- Cross-functional experience (sales customer service controlling demand planning logistics and warehousing knowledge).
- Strong focus on delivering productivities service and KPIs.
- Able to analyze data and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering timelines and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to collaborate influence and apply commercial awareness with an E2E approach.
- Experience from or interest in project management is an advantage.
- SAP information systems process design standard operating procedures.
