Were looking for a CRM & Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Lead to join our Norway/Finland Marketing organization and play a pivotal role in how we engage customers drive performance and deliver meaningful outcomes for patients.
This is not a traditional CRM or reporting role.
This is a strategic and executional position where you will shape how our teams work where they focus and how we continuously improve.
In todays complex healthcare environment success depends on more than great productsit requires focused insight-driven and high-quality engagement with stakeholders.
As our SFE Lead you will sit at the intersection of strategy data and execution helping us answer critical questions such as:
- Are we focusing on the right customers
- Are we engaging them in the right way
- Are we truly delivering impact where it matters most
You will partner directly with Business Unit leaders across Oncology & Vaccines and shape a model that will scale into the broader Pharma organization.
- Lead the SFE agenda across Norway and Finlandfrom strategy to execution
- Own and evolve CRM (Veeva) and ensure it becomes a true driver of business value
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Challenge existing ways of working and drive meaningful change in the field
- Enable teams to operate with focus discipline and customer-centricity
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on commercial execution
Example of responsibilities:
- Drive SFE execution: Lead SFE cycles across markets including segmentation targeting and multichannel planning (MCCP) ensuring clear priorities and strong field execution.
- Own SFE & CRM strategy and governance: Define and evolve the SFE and CRM framework aligning local needs with regional/global standards.
- Lead CRM (Veeva) capability: Ensure CRM effectively supports commercial execution with strong adoption usability and continuous improvement.
- Set priorities and manage demand: Prioritize and align CRM and SFE initiatives across markets balancing business needs and global frameworks.
- Enable cross-functional alignment: Work closely with business units and functions to ensure aligned plans and execution.
- Drive execution excellence: Support the field with clear processes training and ongoing optimization of ways of working.
- Ensure data quality and compliance: Maintain high standards for CRM data accuracy governance and regulatory compliance.
- Lead change and adoption: Drive system releases new ways of working and ensure strong adoption through communication and training.
- Turn data into action: Enable performance tracking and translate insights into concrete actions to improve field impact.
- Uphold compliance standards: Operate in full adherence to laws regulations and company policies ensuring integrity and accountability in all activities.
