Job Summary

You will together with the Corporate Center Global Rewards take a key role in shaping and continuously improving global compensation and benefits frameworks at KONGSBERG. Working in a truly international context you will contribute with data analysis statistics and operational support working closely with HR Finance and managers worldwide. This is a good opportunity to build competence and experience within global reward in a structured and professional environment.

You will take part in a wider collaborative HR community where professionalism continuous improvement and teamwork are key. Dont worry you dont need to know everything from day one. If you are a bit structured identified as analytical and maybe even enjoy a good spreadsheet occasionally we believe most of the rest can be learned with us.

What you will be doing

  • Support the development and ongoing improvement of global compensation and benefits principles frameworks and policies in collaboration with the Corporate Center Global Rewards.
  • Assist with market benchmarking salary surveys and job evaluation activities to support external competitiveness and internal equality.
  • Provide day-to-day advice and decision support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Support the execution of compensation processes including salary reviews bonus and other incentive programs.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data and deliver insights reports and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Support reward-related projects such as M&A activities organizational changes and system or process improvements.
  • Deliver data for KPI reporting and ad hoc requests from HR and managers.

We think you should have

  • Experience working with compensation and benefits.
  • Understanding of compensation structures salary benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience with supporting annual compensation processes such as salary reviews and incentive programs.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and does not shy away advanced functions.
  • Understanding of governance models for global compensation and benefits programs is an advantage.

  • Work in a structured analytical and methodical way.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both specialists and managers.
  • Be proactive and comfortable challenging and advising stakeholders.
  • Collaborate well across the organizaton.
  • Balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
