As Business Controller Cereals at KWS Lochow GmbH you will support the BU Controller in acting as a trusted business partner to management. You will help translate strategy into operational actions provide financial insights for decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes across the is a permanent position which is available full-time. The place of work is at one of the main location of the Business Unit in Bergen-Wohlde.

What you can look forward to:

• Support strategic planning forecasting and business performance management
• Deliver high-quality financial analyses and management reporting
• Act as a key interface between the Business Unit and Finance & Controlling functions
• Support monthly quarterly and annual closing processes as well as external reporting
• Monitor business risks and opportunities and contribute to risk management activities
• Assist with business cases investment evaluations and M&A-related projects
• Contribute to the harmonization and optimization of controlling and finance processes across the Group
• Participate in cross-functional and strategic projects within the Business Unit

Bring your strengths:

• University degree or vocational training in Finance Controlling Business Administration or a related field
• First professional experience in controlling ideally in an international environment
• Solid knowledge of budgeting forecasting and financial closing processes
• Good understanding of financial controlling and business processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of SAP and Power BI is desirable
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured working style
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive hands-on and solution-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
• Fluent English and German language skills
