Villa Nord Trodheim is in search of a talented and enthusiastic bartender to join our team! What youll do:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner taking orders accurately making recommendations and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Monitor and manage stock levels ensuring that the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients. Report shortages or maintenance issues as needed.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized including glassware utensils and equipment. Adhere to health and safety standards.

The position requires working varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Youll shine here if you are:

• Experienced from working in a bar.
• Flexible and reliable with a passion for creating great experiences.
• Good communicator with attention to detail.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and handling stress.
