Compliance Advisor

Are you passionate about customs regulations compliance and risk management

We are looking for an engaged and proactive Compliance Advisor who wants to play a key role in strengthening our compliance program and ensuring adherence to customs regulations laws regulations and internal policies.

As a Compliance Advisor you will be an important business partner to managers and employees helping to identify assess and manage compliance risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to the business on compliance and ethical matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and quality reviews.
• Develop and update policies procedures and governing documents.
• Plan and deliver training and awareness initiatives.
• Follow up on whistleblowing cases and support internal investigations when required.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Contribute to reporting and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience relevant to compliance customs regulations risk management or international trade.
• Experience within compliance internal controls auditing risk management or related disciplines.
• Solid understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English written and spoken.
