People & Organization Intern

We are looking for a motivated and curious People & Organization Intern who wants to learn how HR works in an international manufacturing environment gain hands-on experience and become part of our team.

What will you do

• Support the People & Organization team in daily HR activities and administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruitment activities including preparing job advertisements reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding activities and help new employees feel welcome.
• Assist in preparing HR documents presentations reports and employee communications.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives internal events and employer branding activities.
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Participate in ongoing HR projects and support the implementation of People & Organization initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments and gain insight into HR processes in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for

• Recent graduate in Human Resources Psychology Economics Management Business Administration or a related field.
• A genuine interest in HR and a willingness to learn.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude reliability and the ability to work well in a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English.

Previous experience is not required motivation curiosity and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
