.NET Software Engineer

About the Role:

Location - Skopje - North Macedonia (Office/Hybrid)

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a growing software engineering team working on innovative digital solutions for a well-established international financial institution.

You will contribute to the development implementation and maintenance of enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop implement and maintain software solutions in accordance with company standards and policies.

Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle including analysis estimation documentation development testing bug fixing and support.

Investigate and resolve incidents reported by software users.

Implement system changes according to established standards and recommend corrective improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise software.

Required Skills & Experience:

Essential:

4 years of professional experience (C#) and Microsoft SQL Server.

Experience with WinForms and/or WPF.

Good spoken and written English.

Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.

Self-organized flexible reliable and a strong team player.

Preferred:

Experience within a banking or financial services environment.

Experience with Microsoft Azure.

Experience developing APIs and microservices.

University degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
