Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly courteous and customer-oriented Waitress to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills a pleasant personality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt courteous service.
- Present menus take accurate food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of dining areas.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and promptly attend to their requests.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Process bills and payments accurately where required.
- Adhere to the hotels hygiene safety and service standards
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a waitress in a hotel restaurant or hospitality establishment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good personal hygiene grooming and a professional appearance.
- Customer-focused honest punctual and attentive to details.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Required Skills:
