They are currently seeking a certified passionate and results-driven Trichologist to join their growing team of professionals in Lekki Phase One.

The Role

As the Advanced Trichologist you will serve as the resident expert in hair and scalp health. Operating as an individual contributor your core mandate will be to analyze diagnose and treat various hair and scalp disorders using advanced trichoscopy and diagnostic tools. Additionally you will play a pivotal role in training the broader styling team on hair health integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis & Diagnosis: Conduct detailed scalp and hair analysis using trichology and trichoscopy tools to accurately diagnose conditions such as alopecia dandruff traction alopecia thinning and scalp infections.
  

• Treatment Implementation: Develop and execute personalized science-backed treatment plans and recommend appropriate clinical products and home-care routines.
  

• Client Management: Monitor client progress document subtle physiological changes in scalp health and maintain meticulous accurate records.
  

• Education & Training: Educate clients on preventive care and hair growth cycles while also training the internal salon team on hairstyling solutions that protect hair health.
  

• Standards & Ethics: Maintain the highest levels of clinical hygiene professional ethics and a results-driven approach to care.
  

Note: The recruitment process includes a rigorous Technical Assessment to verify diagnostic skills and treatment knowledge.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 25 years of dedicated experience working specifically as a Trichologist.
  

• Certification: Advanced Level Certification / formal studies in Trichology is
  

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of hair growth cycles scalp pathology and the ability to identify subtle physiological shifts in scalp tissue.
  

• Age & Appearance: Not above 45 years old. Must be exceptionally well-groomed presentable and carry a professional presence as a brand ambassador for hair health.
  

• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates (Note: The primary client base is female).
