About The Foundry
The Quidax Foundry is our entry level program designed to find grow and launch the next generation of A-class Gladiators. This isnt one of those shadow and observe programs.
Youll build sell and grow from day one. Youll rotate across teams solve real business problems and learn directly from the brilliant (and sometimes chaotic) minds behind Quidax. So were now hiring for the second cohort of the Foundry Programme: Itll be 12-month early-careers programme for people who want to build something real in crypto and fintech and want to build it here.
Our goal This isnt a resume line on the way to somewhere else. Were building a pipeline of people who grow into the engineers analysts operators and leaders Quidax needs for the long run. If youre excited about crypto and fintech in Africa and want to be part of building it not just working near it then we built this for you.
What youll actually do
Youll get real responsibility fast on problems that matter to a business operating across multiple African markets and beyond. Youll rotate through two four-month stretches on teams solving live problems (not shadowing not busywork) before spending your final two months owning a project end to end the kind of thing you can point to after and say I built that.
Were not going to oversell it. Some of the work is genuinely unglamorous before it gets interesting deep repetitive groundwork that has to happen before you get the exciting part.
Real fact - our 2026 foundlings have built automated tools that save their teams hours a week modelled currency prediction systems and shaped how new products get built and secured. Every one of them started with the boring part first. Were telling you this upfront because the people who thrive here are the ones who want to do the real work not just the highlight reel of it.

What Youll Experience
- Hands-on Learning (No theory): Youll be solving real problems and building actual things from new product features to sales campaigns that move the needle.
- Rotations Across Teams: Get a 360 view of how Quidax works from tech and product to growth and customer experience.
- Coaching That Actually Works: Youll be paired with a Quidax coach and a buddy whos walked the path youre starting. Less corporate talk more real life talk.
- Ownership & Impact: No busywork here. Youll own projects make decisions and contribute directly to our goals.
Who this is for
- You are genuinely energized by the actual work and the idea of working in the space alone doesnt do it for you.
- You bring real ambition and you direct it at solving the problem in front of you with excellence ahead of the next big title.
- You graduated in 2026 from any background. We arent restricting this to STEM or Finance degrees.
- You find a way. When one route is blocked you get curious and look for another.
- You look out for the people around you and make it easier for them to do their best work.
- You keep things simple. You explain plainly and cut complexity.

The process
- Applications are open for 10 days.
- Four stages: an application with a short video an online assessment a group assessment day and a final interview.
- Part of the application is optional - when we say optional we mean it costs you nothing to skip.
How to apply
- Step 1: Online application and video submission.
- Step 2: Online assessment to gauge your problem-solving and communication style.
- Step 3: Assessment Centre to assess how well you work and collaborate in a team.
- Step 4: Final interview with your future colleagues. Were just as curious as you are about us.
