Supply Chain Manager

We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager for a large established construction and infrastructure group operating across Nigeria.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end warehousing inventory management logistics and material transportation across multiple active project sites ensuring materials are delivered efficiently on time and within budget.

• Manage warehousing inventory control logistics fleet and material distribution across project sites.
• Coordinate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) with Project Managers and project schedules.
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to align material requirements with BOQs and budgets.
• Manage heavy-material transportation haulage 3PL providers and freight forwarders.
• Implement inventory controls stock reconciliation cycle counts and procedures to minimize theft scrap and material losses.
• Develop warehouse and logistics SOPs.
• Lead and develop storekeepers logistics coordinators and yard supervisors.
• Ensure HSE standards are followed across warehouses yards and transport operations.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
• 810 years of supply chain/logistics experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership position.
• Strong experience within construction infrastructure heavy engineering or manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations inventory management logistics and material planning.
• Advanced experience with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or Odoo.
• Proven ability to establish warehouse systems and manage site-based operational teams.
