About Company: Our client is a world class Montessori school that offers uninterrupted learning stimulating self-correcting materials an engaging curriculum and a developmentally balanced learning approach.
Our client is seeking a warm caring and highly organised Facilitator to support the learning development and wellbeing of children across the School and TLP Centre.
The Facilitator will work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) providing one-on-one learning support implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) monitoring progress and supporting the development of academic behavioural social emotional and life skills.
The role also involves supporting the Centres Aftercare Programme where the Facilitator will work with groups of students through enrichment activities academic support creative activities and structured social and life-skills sessions.
The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for children strong interpersonal skills patience emotional intelligence and an understanding of special-needs education and/or Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one support and facilitate learning for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Implement and monitor students Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and learning goals.
Conduct continuous assessments and maintain accurate records of students progress.
Apply appropriate ABA and other evidence-based learning strategies where required.
Coordinate and supervise the Aftercare Programme and group activities.
Support students academic social emotional behavioural and life-skills development.
Maintain a safe structured stimulating and child-focused learning environment.
Work closely with the Head of Learning Directress and Programme Coordinator on student and classroom needs.
Communicate appropriately with parents and escalate significant concerns when necessary.
Prepare required student session and programme reports and ensure school policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Education Child Psychology or in any related field.
1 year experience as a Facilitator preferably in a special needs setting.
Previous experience working as an educator teaching assistant facilitator therapist or childcare professional.
Working knowledge of ABA principles and special-needs education is an advantage.
Experience in a Montessori or structured learning environment is an added advantage.
Strong administrative and documentation skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Strong verbal and written communication skill.

Compensation Base Pay is N220k monthly gross other benefits
