Software Engineer (Frontend)
Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Build and maintain web applications using Vue eact and TypeScript.
Develop reusable maintainable UI components.
Integrate REST APIs and backend services.
Implement application state management and asynchronous workflows.
Build responsive interfaces across desktop and mobile.
Handle loading error empty and transactional states correctly.
Optimise application performance and page load times.
Implement frontend security best practices.
Write unit and integration tests.
Debug and resolve production issues.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver features from concept to production.
36 years of professional frontend/software engineering experience.
Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills.
Strong React experience.
Good understanding of HTML and CSS.
Experience building and maintaining production web applications.
Experience integrating REST APIs.
Understanding of frontend architecture and state management.
Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.
Ability to write clean maintainable and well-tested code.

Required Experience 37 years of backend engineering experience. Strong Javascript and TypeScript experience. Strong Database experience. Experience building production financial payment wallet banking or transaction systems. Strong understanding of distributed systems. Practical understanding of idempotency. Experience handling transactional consistency and failure recovery. Experience designing and consuming APIs. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Experience working with production systems.
