We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Social Media & Content Creator to develop engaging content and manage our brands social media presence. The ideal candidate will create compelling photos videos captions and social media content while supporting basic graphic design needs and contributing to the brands online visibility.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content including photos videos reels captions and basic graphics.
- Manage the companys social media pages and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Develop and implement content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Research social media trends and generate creative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Write engaging captions and marketing copy for social media platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement and provide basic performance reports.
- Support paid social media advertising and online promotional campaigns.
- Create basic graphics for social media ads and promotional materials.
- Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut.
- Maintain consistency with the companys brand identity and visual style.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Social Media Management Content Creation Digital Marketing or a related role.
- Minimum of OND in Marketing Communications Media Design or a related field.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms trends and content best practices.
- Strong content creation copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva CorelDraw Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Basic video editing skills particularly with CapCut are an advantage.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and SEO is an added advantage.
- Creative proactive and detail-oriented with good visual sense.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and work independently.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools such as Grok AI is an added advantage.

Requirements: Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelors degree in any related discipline A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a sales executive Have a good command of English and any local language. Have excellent interpersonal persuasive and communication skills. Have excellent customer management and problem-solving skills. Be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools. Possess poise and excellent telephone mannerisms.
