Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records preparing financial reports monitoring expenses and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role supports budgeting cash flow monitoring inventory accounting production costing reconciliations and statutory reporting to ensure effective financial management and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or HND in Accounting Finance or a related discipline.
ICAN ACCA or an equivalent recognized professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
Minimum of 4 years post-charter experience in accounting or finance
Demonstrable experience in financial reporting account reconciliation cost accounting inventory accounting and internal controls.
Strong knowledge of financial planning budgeting forecasting and management reporting.
Excellent understanding of manufacturing cost accounting product costing inventory valuation and margin analysis.
