KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Will Do
Serve as a professional first point of contact for visitors parents students and other stakeholders.
Manage front-desk and reception activities in an organized and courteous manner.
Respond to enquiries and direct visitors or requests to the appropriate department or staff member.
Maintain accurate administrative records and support routine office tasks.
Use Microsoft Office tools effectively for day-to-day administrative work.
Protect confidential information and represent the school professionally in all interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Education / Qualification: OND/HND in any discipline
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Special Skills / Training: Customer service MS Office proficiency front desk/reception experience
