Job Summary
In partnership with our client we are seeking a Sales Operations and Enablement Manager to be the engine behind a fast-growing financial technology company helping businesses and individuals move money across borders. You will own the systems processes and frameworks that keep the commercial team running at full speed from CRM implementation and pipeline governance to sales reporting onboarding and enablement. This is a role for someone who is process-obsessed analytically sharp and genuinely energized by making complex sales operations simple scalable and effective. Your Responsibilities
You will implement and maintain the sales process translating each stage into clear workflows required information responsibilities and exit criteria.
You will own the CRM and sales tools managing sales stages required fields customer ownership activity tracking reminders dashboards and reports.
You will drive sales process adoption making sure SDRs Sales Executives and Account Managers consistently follow agreed workflows and documentation standards.
You will maintain pipeline discipline spotting stale leads overdue follow-ups incorrectly staged opportunities and incomplete records.
You will develop regular sales reporting covering activity meetings qualified opportunities onboarding first transactions repeat transactions and pipeline performance.
You will provide actionable sales insights identifying conversion gaps process bottlenecks customer drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.
You will support sales forecasting keeping an accurate view of active opportunities expected transaction dates potential volumes and conversion probability.
You will improve handovers across teams ensuring the right information flows smoothly between SDRs Sales Executives Compliance Treasury and Account Managers.
You will track customers through onboarding and first transaction flagging delays blocked applications and approved customers who havent started transacting.
You will maintain sales documentation and training materials including process guides CRM instructions reporting definitions templates and playbooks.
You will support performance and incentive reporting ensuring the underlying sales data is complete and accurate.
What Success looks like
The sales process is clearly documented and consistently followed with minimal deviation across the team.
Pipeline hygiene stays high; stale leads incomplete records and overdue follow-ups are caught and resolved quickly.
Sales reporting is delivered reliably and gives leadership a clear accurate view of pipeline health and forecasted volumes.
Handovers between sales compliance treasury and account management happen with no dropped information or unnecessary delays.
Onboarding-to-first-transaction time shortens as blockers are identified and cleared faster.
CRM data quality (complete fields correct staging accurate ownership) stays consistently high across the team.
To be considered for this role you should have
35 years of experience in sales operations revenue operations commercial operations business operations sales enablement or a similar role.
Hands-on experience managing or administering a CRM including workflows sales stages dashboards and reports.
A strong understanding of sales pipelines lead management conversion tracking forecasting and customer ownership.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert sales data into practical business insights.
Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to establish and enforce operating standards.
Experience developing sales processes operating procedures training materials or playbooks.
Comfort working across sales account management compliance treasury operations and leadership teams.
Experience in fintech payments banking FX financial services logistics trade import/export or B2B sales operations is a plus.
An understanding of cross-border payments supplier payments transaction corridors or international trade is a strong advantage.
