Job Summary
The Sales Officer will drive customer acquisition by promoting Flexi MFBs loan products to individuals and small businesses within assigned territories. The role requires active field engagement identifying potential customers educating them on loan offerings assisting with applications and ensuring the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets through effective relationship management and market outreach.

- Approach and engage potential customers in markets and business areas
- Educate customers on available loan products and benefits
- Assist customers with loan applications and onboarding process
- Meet daily and weekly loan disbursement targets
