Job Summary

Our client is the foremost luxury goods company in Nigeria with a diversified portfolio that consist of over 13 of the worlds most prestigious luxury brands. They are looking to fill the role of a Sales Manager- Pre-Owned Watches.

Job Responsibilities

Drive sales and revenue growth across the pre-owned watch portfolio.
Source quality pre-owned watches and develop new acquisition opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and collectors.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends pricing and competitor activity.
Oversee sales performance and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Contribute to the overall commercial strategy and growth of the business.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
12 years of experience in luxury retail watches jewelry or a related premium sector.
Strong sales and business development track record.
Good knowledge of luxury/pre-owned watches and market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to work with high-value clientele.






Required Skills:

Minimum of 15 years progressive HR experience preferably gained across reputable organisations with structured HR functions. At least 10 years experience as a member of a Management/Leadership Team contributing to strategic and business decisions. Must have hands-on experience working abroad and demonstrable exposure to international HR practices standards and multicultural work environments. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership or managerial position with responsibility for people policies performance and organisational development.


Required Education:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management Industrial Relations Law or a related discipline.A recognised professional HR certification is mandatory such as CIPM CIPD SHRM HRCI or other internationally recognised HR professional qualification.A Masters degree in HR Business Administration Management or a related field will be an advantage
