Job Summary
The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting and directly contributing to the achievement of the companys sales revenue targets within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.
The role carries an assigned individual sales revenue target and focuses on lead generation client engagement structured account management bid/tender support and strict CRM compliance. The position is developmental but performance-driven requiring consistent pipeline growth and revenue realization.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Sales Execution
- Achieve assigned monthly quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities within assigned accounts or territories.
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities and close sales within defined timelines.
Account Management & Client Engagement
- Develop and implement structured Account Management Plans for assigned clients (Tier 1 2 and 3 accounts as applicable).
- Maintain consistent engagement with clients to identify repeat and upsell opportunities.
- Build long-term trust-based relationships that support recurring revenue.
Bids & Tender Support
- Identify and qualify enquiries aligned with the companys commercial strategy.
- Support preparation and submission of technical and commercial tenders.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions.
CRM & Sales Governance
- Maintain 100% compliance with CRM (Zoho or designated tool) including:
- Accurate lead and opportunity updates
- Pipeline stage management
- Forecast accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering Marketing or related discipline.
- Experience in sales or business development (Oil & Gas experience is an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability or strong potential to meet revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel as required.
