Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets.
- Ensure products are stocked and available on shelves.
- Monitor shelf positioning pricing and product visibility.
- Maintain merchandising standards.
- Check stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
- Build relationships with store managers and purchasing teams.
- Execute promotions and monitor competitor products.
- Track sales performance and outlet compliance
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or HND in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field.
- Minimum of 13 years of sales experience in FMCG.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
