Job Summary
Responsible for meeting TDL & her clients recruitment and training needs towards the achievement of TDLs business objectives |
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
Source for suitable candidates for existing and new clients vacancies in line with their recruitments needs. Source for recruitment business opportunities. Ensure that recruitments briefs are achieved in line with SLA and job plans (time to hire time to fill time to source). Ensure continuous data pool of potential candidates. Provide periodic report on recruitment activities and achievement. Develop and implement learning strategies and programs (e.g. coaching Knowledge sharing session job-shadowing online training) Track budgets and negotiate contracts. Maintain the security of all information entrusted to you. Maintain a data pool of faculty. Develop and implement strategies to position the companys recruitment and trainings services as business lines. Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure outsourced employees are adequately trained (Technical & soft skills) Comply with the principles and policies in the handbook policy manuals and SOPs |

Education Minimum Education: First Degree is mandatory. Higher degrees/Professional certifications | |

Required Skills:
