WHAT YOULL BE DOING

As our Recruitment Analyst you will:

• Manage recruitment activities from job requisition to offer and onboarding.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined requirements.
• Develop and publish compelling job adverts.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records using our ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to support hiring decisions.
• Conduct candidate assessments reference checks and other pre-employment activities.
• Support continuous improvement and digitization of recruitment processes.
• Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications :

• First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution
• 12 years experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a related HR role.
• Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel for data analytics
• Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau for data analysis is an added advantage.

YOULL HAVE AN EDGE IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience using an HRIS.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
• Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting.
• Exposure to recruitment automation or other HR technology.
• A genuine interest in using technology to improve the hiring process.
