Quantity Surveyor (Pile) Nigeria

Location: Lagos Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification: Bachelors Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline.

Experience: 10 15 years of proven experience in quantity surveying with strong exposure to piling foundation and geotechnical projects.

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and contractual aspects of piling and foundation projects. The role involves quantity measurement cost control contract administration valuation of works claims management and ensuring project profitability.

• Prepare quantity take-offs BOQs cost estimates and budgets for piling works.
• Review drawings specifications and geotechnical reports for project costing and execution.
• Monitor project costs variations claims and change orders.
• Prepare and verify client invoices subcontractor payments and monthly valuations.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities costs and commercial documentation.
• Support procurement activities and subcontractor management.
• Prepare cost reports forecasts and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project teams consultants clients and subcontractors on commercial matters.

• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices contract administration and cost control.
• Ability to interpret structural and geotechnical drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.

• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
