Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning coordination and execution of projects involving woodwork furniture production architectural design and interior design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing artisans project timelines budgets resources and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards and within agreed deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan coordinate and manage projects from concept development through design production installation and final delivery.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure project plans align with client requirements design specifications and business objectives.
- Develop project schedules budgets resource plans and implementation strategies.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks or delays and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Coordinate with architects interior designers production teams contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements provide updates manage expectations and address concerns.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work progress ensure quality standards and confirm adherence to approved designs and specifications.
- Oversee furniture production woodwork material procurement and installation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant safety standards quality requirements and established procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Architecture Interior Design Building Technology Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably within architecture furniture manufacturing woodwork interior design or construction.
- Proven experience managing projects from planning through execution and final delivery.
- Good understanding of furniture production woodwork interior fit-outs architectural drawings and installation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets timelines resources and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organisational leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and client relationship management skills.
