Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Production Workshop Operators (Bailing) to join the production team of a manufacturing company specializing in treated insecticide net production.

The successful candidates will be responsible for consolidating and bailing packaged treated insecticide nets in accordance with production requirements ensuring proper compression arrangement handling and preparation for storage or dispatch.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out the bailing of individually packaged treated insecticide nets according to established production procedures.
  • Arrange the required number of packaged nets correctly before the bailing process.
  • Operate and handle baling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure nets are properly positioned and evenly compressed during baling.
  • Check bales for proper compression stability and overall appearance.
  • Secure completed bales appropriately to prevent movement or damage during handling storage and transportation.
  • Ensure bale quantities correspond with production and packaging requirements.
  • Identify and report damaged packaging improperly sealed packs equipment faults or other production issues.
  • Maintain accurate and orderly handling of completed bales within the workshop.
  • Keep the bailing area clean organized and free from obstructions.
  • Follow all production quality safety and equipment operating procedures.
  • Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and consistency.



Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial bailing experience preferably within textile netting or similar manufacturing operations.
  • Previous experience operating bailing or compression equipment in a production environment.
  • Good understanding of bailing bundling compression and securing procedures.
  • Ability to handle repetitive production tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain required bale quantities and standards.
  • Ability to identify and report equipment or production issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
