Production Operations Officer

Youre a strong candidate if you have:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations/Maintenance Management or a related field; with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) GPA.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in maintenance planning scheduling production operations maintenance execution support or asset integrity environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise systems such as ERP CMMS or asset management platforms. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools will be an advantage
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. P6 APICS/ASCM NEBOSH Six Sigma) will be an advantage.
• Experience working in oil & gas energy or large industrial environments is preferred.

Youll help our oil and gas clients succeed by:

• Developing and maintaining integrated maintenance plans and schedules to support safe and reliable operations.
• Preparing execution-ready work packs including task lists job steps resource requirements and execution sequences.
• Coordinating maintenance resources contractors and specialist support to ensure effective work execution
• Liaising with operations maintenance procurement logistics and contractor teams to support execution readiness and schedule delivery.
• Managing materials spares and equipment readiness to support scheduled maintenance activities
• Supporting field execution teams through schedule updates work scope adjustments and execution feedback activities.
• Supporting integration of operational risks asset priorities and schedule constraints into planning and execution activities
• Participating in planning reviews Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) sessions and backlog management meetings
• Supporting risk-based maintenance planning and providing execution support to optimise schedule performance and continuous improvement.
