PRODUCTION MANAGER

A Restaurant is seeking a competent proactive and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily production operations ensure consistent product quality and maintain operational efficiency in line with the companys standards.

• Production Planning: Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet operational demands.
  
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet company standards for taste quality consistency and presentation
  
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Enforce food safety sanitation and hygiene standards.
  
• Cost Control: Minimize production costs food waste and unnecessary expenses.
  
• Inventory Management: Ensure adequate availability and efficient use of raw materials and ingredients.
  
• Staff Supervision: Supervise production staff assign duties and monitor performance.
  
• Standardization: Ensure compliance with approved recipes portion sizes and production procedures.
  
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure production equipment is properly maintained and faults are reported promptly.
  
• Reporting: Prepare production reports on output costs wastage and operational challenges.

• Bachelors degree or HND in Food Science Food Technology Production Management or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 35 years relevant production management experience preferably in the food or restaurant industry.
  
• Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
  
• Knowledge of food safety quality control and production processes
  
• Good communication planning and cost-control skills.
