Job Summary

The Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing daily clinical and retail pharmacy operations ensuring excellent patient care and delivering top-tier customer service. This role involves dispensing medications accurately providing expert clinical advice managing inventoryincluding wellness and cosmetic productsand driving community engagement. Operating with a high degree of independence the ideal candidate will combine strong attention to detail with clinical expertise and commercial awareness to support the pharmacys growth and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Provide professional clinical counseling to patients regarding medication usage side effects and general wellness.
  
• Manage and optimize retail pharmacy operations including the promotion and stock management of wellness products and cosmetics.
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong patient relationships within the community.
  
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance the pharmacys visibility and drive community health literacy.
  
• Monitor inventory levels ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products and maintain meticulous records.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy () or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree.
  
• Current and a valid Pharmacist license to practice.
  
• Previous experience working in a community pharmacy is preferred.
  
• Strong clinical knowledge coupled with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Experience with wellness products cosmetics and retail pharmacy operations is a distinct advantage.
  
• Digital savvy with social media literacy is an added advantage.
  
• Proximity to the pharmacy location is highly preferred.
