OPERATIONS / SUPPLY LEAD
Salary range: N500000 N600000
Role Mandate:
Build and manage the operational backbone required to support the companys transition into larger-scale distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate procurement supply planning inventory warehousing and order fulfilment.
Establish operational SOPs and controls.
Forecast stock requirements with Commercial/Sales.
Prevent stock-outs overstocking losses and fulfilment delays.
Manage suppliers and operational service providers.
Improve efficiency as order and distribution volumes increase.
Strong FMCG/supply-chain/operations experience.
Excellent process-building and problem-solving ability.
Inventory and supply-planning competence.
Comfortable introducing structure into a growing operation.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
