Merchant Acquisition Partner — NexaSquare by Optimus AI Labs

About the role
We are looking for Merchant Acquisition Partners who can help introduce NexaSquare to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and encourage them to join the platform.
This opportunity is ideal for people who already have access to business owners through their professional networks social media audiences business communities trade associations or other SME networks.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential merchants introduce them to NexaSquare explain its benefits and guide interested businesses through registration and onboarding.
You do not need to be a technology expert. You need to understand how businesses operate have access to business owners and be able to communicate how NexaSquare can support their growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage small business owners who could benefit from NexaSquare.
• Introduce NexaSquare to businesses within your existing networks and communities.
• Explain the platforms benefits in clear practical language.
• Encourage interested businesses to register and complete merchant onboarding.
• Use social media messaging platforms referrals and community networks to reach potential merchants.
• Follow up with interested businesses and help them complete the onboarding process.
• Meet agreed merchant acquisition targets.
• Track your referrals and the onboarding progress of the merchants you introduce.

Qualifications :

• Access to a network audience or community of small business owners.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain a products benefits in simple practical language.
• Confidence in approaching business owners and following up with prospective merchants.
• Familiarity with at least one digital communication channel such as WhatsApp Instagram Facebook or email.
• Ability to work independently and organise your acquisition activities.
• Willingness to work towards agreed merchant onboarding targets.
• A smartphone and reliable internet access.

Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not compulsory. We welcome community builders entrepreneurs content creators and other well-connected individuals who can demonstrate access to SMEs.

Benefits and compensation

• Earn 10% of the one-time activation payment made by every merchant you onboard.
• You earn commission based on qualifying payments made by merchants attributed to you subject to NexaSquares commission and attribution terms.
