Pipeline Surge is hiring a full-time remote Marketing Automation Specialist.
Pipeline Surge is a fast-growing remote agency that builds marketing CRM funnel and automation systems for businesses.
This is not a basic virtual assistant role. This is a hands-on technical implementation role for someone who already has experience building inside GoHighLevel and can help create clean reliable systems across multiple projects.
You will work closely with the founder to turn project requirements copy strategy and system direction into functioning technical builds.
Your main responsibility will be to build and maintain the technical systems that support marketing operations lead management booking flows CRM processes and follow-up workflows.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Build funnels inside GoHighLevel from start to finish
- Set up landing pages middle pages thank-you pages and booking pages
- Set up forms and connect them to the CRM
- Create and organize CRM pipelines
- Set up automation workflows inside GoHighLevel
- Connect tools using Zapier and
- Set up email and SMS reminder sequences
- Install and customize GoHighLevel snapshots
- Help configure domains email sending and basic technical settings
- Test funnels and automations before hand-off
- Fix bugs broken links automation issues and workflow gaps
- Document what you build so systems are easy to reuse
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical implementation pays attention to detail can work independently and likes building systems that actually work.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time remote role.
You must be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Preferred location: Nigeria.
