Job Summary
Our client in the financial sector is hiring Manual/Functional Engineers
Engagement type: Contract
Work mode: fully onsite
Role Purpose
Executes the functional and non-security non-functional test suite across every module of the UBA Mobile Banking App from Onboarding and Accounts through Cards Transfers and the LEO AI conversational assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Functional Integration and End-to-End Journey test cases across all 10 application modules.
Execute non-security non-functional test categories: reliability usability & accessibility compatibility localization and data integrity.
Execute Concurrency & Sequencing Upgrade & Migration and Chaos & Failure Injection test cases.
Execute LEO AI Chatbotconversational-AItest cases including phrasing-variant and guardrail checks.
Log defects withaccurateseverity and root-cause classification; retest fixes promptly.
Participate in daily stand-up and defect triage.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Mobile banking or fintech testing experience.
- 5 years of working experience in a quality assurance position within a business in a fast-paced and constantly evolving market.
Comfortable executing against acontinuously-changingbuild under a concurrent testing model.
At least one team member must be able to design and execute fault-injection and multi-device concurrency test setups.
Required Skills & Tools
Manual test execution defect-tracking tooling () mobile device testing across iOS and Android banking domain knowledge.
What Success Looks Like
Full functional and non-functional coverage executed on schedule per SIT increment with defects logged accurately enough that root-cause patterns are visible.
